1) Deposits and Cancellation Policy - Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. If cancellation is made within one week of the reservation, the deposit will be added to billing contact's account to be used for a future charter.

2) Credit Card - A valid credit card must be on file for all reservations, regardless of method of payment.

3) Cash Payment - Must be received by the driver prior to the start of the charter.

4) Credit Card Payment - A picture ID and the credit card being charged must be presented at the beginning of charter to the chauffeur.

5) Over Time - If charter runs over the scheduled end time an additional hour will be assessed with payment due at the beginning of that hour. Rates are in one hour increments. Your vehicle may be scheduled for another charter, thus making your vehicle unavailable for over time.

6) Smoking - All of our vehicles are NON-smoking. If smoking occurs in a vehicle, the charter will be terminated and no-refund will be issued. A $300 fee will be assessed for each cigarette burn.

7) Alcohol - Alcohol will NOT be allowed in the vehicle if any passengers are under the age of 21. If this is found, the charter will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.

8) Chauffeur's Discretion - The charter may be cancelled at any time, at the chauffeur's discretion, if the client and/or guests become unruly or belligerent. No refunds will be given for any charter that is terminated.

9) Excessive Cleaning Charges - There is a $300.00 clean up fee for vomit or any other bodily fluids excreted in the vehicle, plus any additional cost due to "down time" such as loss of business. There is a $75.00 clean up fee for drink spills.

10) Damages - The client will be charged for any damages that are caused by his/her and/or their guest. There will be a $10.00 fee assessed for each broken or missing glass. There will be a $70.00 fee assessed for each broken or missing decanter. This also includes the loss of business because of "down time" for repairs.

11) Personal Items - Elite Limos is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. Be sure to double check the vehicle at the end of your charter.

12) Charges - 20% will be added to final bill, 10% is for gratuity coverage, 10% restocking and credit card fees
